Jaguar E Type at the Geneva Motor Show - March 1961.
The 1961 Brochure for the Jaguar E Type as given to my Uncle at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1961.
It was an 8 page brochure with spiral binding [ as seen ] and photos of 3 versions of the car Coupe, Roadster, and Roadster with Hardtop.
Not for Sale - but happy to provide copies of scans for any owners out there.

Part of my haul, acquired at the " Lions Club " Tauranga book sale at the Tauranga Racecourse. Sale is on until end of Sunday 10th November 2024.

a Vintage Motorsport 2005.5 no #5 for the year - still in it plastic packaging, yet to be opened.

Motoring Books and McLaren.
The recent purchase of the August 1971 Edition of " Road and Track " has an article on the McLaren M8E, the car that was raced after we lost Bruce McLaren in 1970.
There is a series of drawings by Werner Buhrer [ c Buhrer '71 ].

The Collection - Obsession - more added to the Archives
Parcel arrived yesterday from Kallangur QLD, it is near Lakeside Raceway and it included Motor Racing Programmes, Ardmore 1955 NZIGP - the second Ardmore, Pukekohe 1967 the 14th Grand Prix, several Baypark 1975, 1976 and the last 1995 - as well as both Telecom Classic events from 1993 and 1994. Tea Towel of Levin and a " Cabbage Tree Corner " Pen were a bonus.

The Autonews - 1967 - 1968 all from Vol 1 No 1 June 1967 to Vol 1 No 24 June 1968 [ except #23.].
By July 1968 the Paper had gone to a bigger format.
