Pretty sure my childhood carsickness would come rushing back if I tried this

Never let anyone tell you they don't drive these old girls hard. 4 wheel drift in this shot, a dab of opposite lock and the inside front off the deck.
The Elva-DKW has to be one of my favourite cars at every NZFMR.
Fantastic photos Snoozin and Nigel Watts - please keep up the great work!
ERC numbers for the coming weekend have dropped due to mechanical maladies. Down now to a grid of 46 cars and just 8 reserves...
A limited number of the ERC posters will be on sale from the programme kiosk in the paddock at $5 - profits to the local Te Kauwhata Primary School.
Hope you keen photographers get some good pics this coming weekend - though the weather forecast is a little erratic at the moment...
Well that's still a very healthy grid. Your cars were sorely missed on weekend 1
I have to say that as a paying spectator, I was a bit disappointed with some of the grid sizes on Saturday.
Festival publicity was trumpeting that there were 50+ F5000 entries whereas the reality was 22 starters for Saturday afternoon.
When your expectations are high, you can't help but be disappointed when they're not met.
However, having said that, I'd like to praise all the competitors that did turn up and race.
Hope that next weekend goes well
Cheers
Nigel
Great pics, thanks very much Nigel. But please don't feel too short-changed by having "only" 22 F5000s turn out Saturday. We had an historic meeting in Perth a couple of years back, and had ONE show up, Bill Hemming's Elfin MR8, and the entire crowd were eternally grateful that Bill gave it a damn good kicking for a few laps, twice in the day. You guys really are very lucky...:)
