Hi Steve,
Was your E49 factory green (limelight)? I have some photos of Trevors vitimen C E38 which perhaps is the one your refering to?
Heres a couple of the E38 he raced. Unsure of a date for these two or who was drving on this day but the car looks pretty fresh at what looks like a time trial / hill climb?
...
Sorry I cannot credit the photographer as I dont know who it was. Got these ones of the E49 from off the web. It may also be after Rod's time with this car?
...
Awesome photo Bruce, haven't seen that one before. I can confirm that E49 is alive and has been very well cared for.
I have a couple of this car so will post up.
What day / meet was that? I was more referring to the whole 72 season for the Production Touring Cars, which both Mullins and Slako campaigned in E38's for most if not all the races. Both chargers...
Great thread for a great driver.
Be great to see some photos of his time in the Chargers - an E38, an E49, and perhaps even a brief stint in a VJ E48.
Tim Slako raced an E38 in the 72 season of the WA Production Series along with another fellow Kiwi, Jim Mullins.
Interesting thread.
Crichton obviously liked his lime green cars as I own a lime green E48 Charger which he ordered from new.
Great to hear it still lives. Be interesting to find out which one it is. From my own register I have a missing space for a hemi orange with tan E49, body number 1153.
Hiya, any idea what this E49's body number or rego was?
Wow, awesome thread!
Brad must have been over the moon to be reunited with the Gemini he built!

Great to see a couple of VH pacers on the starting grid!
