That would be great thanks, I think Richard bought it later on. The rego number was mQ3590 if there are any photos floating about.
What year did they run the last B&H series?? Would any TX3's have run or is that too late?
Ha Ha, A bit of Winston Peters telling the flag marshall that he has waved the flag wrong.
I remember David Lange racing one, did he just do one round or the series?
I understand it was also owned by Richard Lester and may have been one of his driving school cars? Is Richard on here??
It would seem that this series has all but been forgotten now. I'm hoping that some of you might be able to help me.
I have recently purchased a TX3i which I have been lead to believe was a race car...
Hi Steve, Talk to Dad because he was race prepping Dr Drummonds XU1. Also on another note, I bought a couple of copies of your ute book today. I'm enjoying it!!!
I think I have a couple of hours of that race on VHS somewhere.

Thanks Steve, Here are a couple more I took the other week of the ex Richards car.
Sure, if you have them and are happy to put them up, that would be great. Cheers

Thought you might find these of interest.
I went to Manfeild to see this meeting in '86 as an 8 year old. I took some photos too but have to find where I put them.
The autographs are from...
That would explain why Robert was so cagey about it when I rang him a few years back. It went into a finance company ownership after them, with a plate change and sold on. I think they had two loans...
Apparently not. We've left our number with him though.

A couple more JPS Group A BMW's . Probably the first time ever these cars have all been together.
Got a few more but they wont up load. You notice in the "Team" shot we have Jim Richards, Ludwig Finaur (racer and engine builder for JPS) and Pip Barker who built the JPS cars.
PM me and I'll give you Garrys number.
- Steve Holmes, was the XU1 still in Dads shed when you were there the other day? or has he moved it?? If its still there I'll whip up and take a couple of...
Yes Warren he does. I have his phone number in my dairy. I'll give him a buzz and send them on to him. He still does the odd race event in it too.
QUOTE=SPS;9961]Hi Mike
Throught these shots...
Thanks Martin. It would appear it isn't my car, as mine was the yellow/white one they had.
Cant remember the sponsor, was the only black one racing at the time.
I'll have to get my photos back from Steve Holmes
Does anyone know if the Belbin Brothers VH SS started, and if so what colour was it???
Yes it is now a VK Group A. It was never an NZ VH SS 1- 0f- 30. It was an Ozzy SS imported for the B&H. Dont know how Mr Fowler managed to pull that off
Rod,I'll have a dig through my photos and see if I can get one of it as it is today.
