Lotus Cortina 50th Anniversary at Muscle Car Masters

I'm aware that there are a few fans of the Lotus Cortina on here so I thought you all might like to know that there will be a display and tribute to 50 years of the MK1 Lotus Cortina at the Muscle Car Masters, at Sydney Motorsport Park on September 1st this year.

As most of you already know the Lotus Cortina was a very successful car in the 60's & is well documented in some of the great photos on this website.

So to Celebrate there have been 11 genuine Lotus Cortina's confirmed for display & of those cars there will be couple of cars attending with period racing pedigree

The ex Norm Watts car, raced in Victoria circa 1967

    More pics here - http://www.theroaringseason.com/show...rom-Queensland

The ex Chris Brauer car mainly raced in NSW in the mid to late 60's

Some of the drivers including Jim Mckeown & Leo Geohegan will also be coming along for the day.

So if you are coming to the Muscle Car Masters this year don't forget to drop by & say hi.

For more information you can post here or you can email: lotuscortina50@iinet.net.au
