Looks like the " All British Field Day " at Western Springs and the Ross Hollings Bugeye Sprite. The car that I owned back in 1978 -1980 as a left hand drive " Resto Job ". The 100 Six next to it is familiar but have forgotten who owned it.
You posted another photo of the Sprite and that 100 Six some time ago -
