Mar 2024 - have found it was on a cover of the NZ Healey Club Magazine Healey Torque years ago, but my copy is a print.

Dunedin. The Feature Race, no Healey's but the Buckler and others against some more Specialised cars like the TecMec [ Maserati ] and the Stanton Corvette. There would have been a Sports car race,must try to find an entry list
Waimate Race for NZ Specials and Racing Cars; E D Candy in the Healey Corvette, and E Timms in a 100 [4 cylinder
Teretonga ; I Johnstone in a 100 2660 cc so a four and P K McFarlane in a Healey described 2600 cc so may have been a 100/6 which were 2639cc
Wigram - The Lady Wigram Trophy meeting ; the Sports car field had Johnstone,. McFarlane and Timms
Must check back as have heard of the McFarlane Healey before
Some details from the display board that was with the car at Hampton Downs and elsewhere - still have to download the photos
1954 model originally purchased by Geoff Mardon who went on the drive the Stanton Corvette in the late 1960's
Sold to Arthur Kennard in February 1955
Raced by Arthur as a modified AH 100 4 in 1955 and 1956
Corvette Motor and transmission fitted in 1957, along with Aston Martin Disc Brakes
Sold in 1959 by Arthur Kennard - more to follow
presume the Healey Corvette run by E D Candy at Waimate in 1962 is the same car.

Car was owned by Gordon Vogtherr at the time, Gordon was an enthusiast who had a Porsche 356 among other cars.
Gordon passed away recently in 2024 I understand.

This is the victory lap by the "podium" of the 1960 Lady Wigram Trophy Race won by Jack Brabham (centre) from David Piper (right) and Ian Burgess (left). Bruce McLaren was fourth, rather famously driving the Lycoming. No idea who the chap with the pipe and two sprogs is though. "

No mention of the Healey but the main race is the Lady Wigram Trophy

Nigel thanks, I knew the Elms was on in Tauranga, as am in Omokoroa at the moment, saw a Red over White 3000 yesterday, and today a TR2, an Austin / Morris 1300 and a few other interesting cars on the road

Terrible photo but you might be able to identify some of the cars in this line-up at Pukekohe on 24 April 2001.
Milan, must pass that photo on, as the Beige coloured 3000 looks like the one Nigel saw at the Elms Tauranga last weekend, and I am sure some of the people will be recognised too !! being April, I would assume the National Rally, which I think they now hold every two years at Easter or could just be a group of them went to a Classic Car meeting.Terrible photo but you might be able to identify some of the cars in this line-up at Pukekohe on 24 April 2001.

Great Ray, am stealing that one also .. PS love the Magnette, I nearly / almost bought a Wolseley 4/44 back in the early 1970's, not quite a Magnette but had a lovely wooden dash, went on to a Sprite instead.'Twas indeed Ross's Healey... Managed to introduce ourselves this time.
