Ginther and Taylor never raced in NZ
Maggs first raced in NZ in 1963, and P Hill in 1965
I think its most likely a European GP in 1962 or 1963
Only two of them still alive, Surtees (82) and Gurney (85)
Trevor Taylor used to race Lola T70's including racing with Denny Hulme in the UK and Europe. I got that wrong, Dennis used to race for Sidney Taylor in the Lola T70's oops..

True. But they were all present and competing at Monaco 1962.
