Thanks Ray, great info. Does the car still exist?

Steve, that Kaditcha is under restoration in Sydney.

I imagine it's still around somewhere, Steve...

The EH two pics up is John Bourke, I'm not sure whether or not the Celica is Doug Clark, his boss.

I suspect that the Lotus 7 might be Ray Kaleda...

It's very hard to pick these without programmes etc, but I can see possibilities that the open-wheeler could be the Lynx Peugeot.

The Elfin 600ff might be Richard Knight.

The yellow Charger next to Leo's would be Jim McKeown, I'd think.

    My ideas on these:

Denis O'Brien Falcon(This Gary Clarke must be an O'Brien fan as every set of photos seems to have him

    Frank Gardner Camaro

    Bill Fanning Lotus Cortina

Nick Petrilli in Falcon #42. Torana #62 may be Ray Kaleda

    Chris Brauer Cortina, isn't it?

    No Ray, definitely Fanning.

    Have a look in autopics.

Brauer's was normal Lotus Cotins colours, white with green side stripes

So we still don't know about the Super 7 or the openwheelers...

Ray as you have said several times you need a programme to identify cars like that.

But doesn't that take the fun out of it?

Surely the enjoyment for posters is seeing how many you can identify from memory.

The car you suggest is Super Seven looks like a Nota to me and the openwheeler is definitely not the Lynx Peugeot. Looks like a Brabham.
    Dale.

The single seater is John Valentin in a Renmax Ford 1.6

If the clubman car is a Nota, as Dale suggests, then it could be Ray Hanger

By the way Ray I cheated and looked up the programme. I hate to do it but it was so you would not have to go to sleep wondering.

Yep, I agree! This is a hugely enjoyable thread, and what makes it so much fun are the number of grass-roots race cars included.
