Does anyone know what happened to either of these Tom Donovan sports cars?

The Typhoon is part of a collection in Christchurch. The current owner said that the track was so narrow and made the car so unstable it was scary to drive. So it just sits in his collection.

The no 1 car is the typhoon , ended up in dave morrisons hands for a number of years, dave ran a 2 litre ford engine in it, I remember tow starting it with a tractor across a paddock at maungati, we used to race around the tarseal loop around his house in it.it is now in the hands of steve donaldson in chch.

The bottom pic is the typhoon, which dave morrison bought off tom, and had it for a number of years, it ran a twincam in it, then dave fitted a 2litre ohc ford engine in it, I remember tw starting it behind a tractor across a paddock at daves maungati farm.we used to drive it around daves oval asphalt drive way that went around his house.steve donaldson from chch now owns it, amongst his collection.i dont think it has been on track for a few years, but when I last caught up with steve, it is all there ready to run.
