One of my favorite historic racing events of the year, the Silverstone Classic, took place on the weekend.

As always there was a vast and varied line-up of classes taking part, including Historic Formula Ford, Formula Junior, Pre-1966 Under 2 Litre Touring Cars, RAC TT for Pre-1963 GTs, Kidston Pre-War Trophy, FIA Masters Historic Formula 1, Gallett Trophy for Pre-1966 GTs, Maserati HGPCA Pre-1966 GP cars, FIA Masters Sports Cars, JET Super Touring Car Trophy, Jaguar Classic Challenge, Celebrity Challenge, and Group C Sports Cars.
