Hi Reece, I used to work at Paine Motors in 1973/75, we had a branch on the great South RD, opposite the Breweries..that was Otara Branch. We had Recond Engine department there.The one in Otahuhu was opposite the Courthouse. i know some race cars were driven unofficially on the side / back streets back then.....usually when Ernie Seath had gone past.Originally Posted by Reeceracer
