BRM engines were at Mosport in various forms in 1967.
Bruce McLaren had a BRM 3 litre V-12 in his M5A.
Jackie Stewart led the Owen Racing Organization with the BRM P115 with the 3 litre H16 engine # 15.
I think Jerry Melton's photo of Jackie Stewart captures how he felt about the H16 !
