I'm saddened to have to report the passing of Australian motor racing photographer Roderick MacKenzie.

Rod was a huge talent whose beautiful images have appeared in various publications throughout several decades. We were also very lucky to have Rod generously allow his images be published on The Roaring Season. He was a great bloke, a huge enthusiast, and an enormously talented photographer.
