Unfortunately my wife has been involved in a multiple car accident caused by a drunk driver, while she was taking a granddaughter we are caring for to school. Unfortunately printing and posting the fifteen pages would cost nearly as much as suppling a complete book. It would be possible to send you a PDF but this would involve me in hassle which I can do without at the moment. What is more RS would miss out on a donation. LOL
