Pete Geoghegan's Porsche Sports Sedan At Bay Park NZ

Can someone please help with dates for these two photos? This is a request from Jim Barclay, of the New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing.

Pete Geoghegan raced his Porsche (owned by Laurie O'Neil from memory) at Bay Park on two occasions, once in its earlier Grace Bros livery, then in its Craven Mild livery.

Can anyone provide dates for when these images were taken?

Was this actually two different cars raced by Pete, or the same one in different colours?
