Steve, Ideally the front spring eye and rear spring eye should be on the same plane to educe roll steer. Reversed front spring eyes also helped. The Coppins Firebird had such springs and shackle extenders. Roll steer isn't a problem at the drags but Red wouldn't need to change for a day there.

Maybe its just that Dawson has just launched and the springs have flattened out.
