A sight we don't want to see but fortunately the driver, Kevin Mills, was, so I'm told, not badly injured.
Hopefully we'll see him and the beautiful Escort back on the track next season.
Beautiful is right Nigel - in fact Jim Palmer had mentioned the car as being "too nice to race" - I was told Kevin is a panelbeater so no doubt it will back to beautiful very soon.

The car suffered a mechanical failure in the steering and sadly this was the result.
Kevin was back on Sunday as a spectator but was sore.

Nigel, ; enjoying the photo's - the Gordini great, remember many years ago, early 70's seeing one and making a comment about them being quick .. was told just a Renault with a blue paint job !!.
The lotus 11, whose car is it, ?? - the Ganley - ex Peter Bruin one a replica , or the Ganley ex Ganley one !! which Howden got back many years ago..

Roger, I'm sorry but I don't know the history of the Lotus although the program lists it as a 1982 so I presume that it's a replica
I believe it is a Westfield.
There are not one, but two Renault Gordini's in the ERC Series Roger.
That would indicate it is the Peter Bruin one, which i think the Ganley's have now.
