The quickest Can-Am cars at Laguna Seca, August 1916 were the Shadow UOP machines.
Shadow Team founder, Don Nichols, attended at the grand age of 91. Sadly he passed away exactly one year later.
Don Nichols can be seen at the rear of this 1971 Shadow Mk. 2, wearing a black cap.
