The Programme with Entry List for the Inaugural " Long Distance " Race is now in my possession thanks to Brent Blann - another Motoring / Motorsport enthusiast.

There was a Team award, a Ladies award and a Mechanics award for the car covering the greatest mileage - the winner

- The pages [ 6 - 7 ] include the Half-Hourly Position Chart, rather than a Lap Chart.

The event held on 26th October was subsequently held earlier in the months - 1964 the 10th October, to the 7th October in 1967, as seen in this set of Programme Covers, from Lloyd Gleeson, the copies now in my care. .
